SHIPPING POLICY
At Whole Melt Extracts USA, we’re dedicated to delivering a safe, discreet, and hassle-free shopping experience from start to finish. Our trusted shipping process ensures that every order is handled with care, confidentiality, and full compliance with all shipping regulations. We ship to all states accross the USA and to specific international destinations including Canada, Europe, Australia, and more. Whether you’re ordering locally or internationally, our goal is simple — to make sure your Whole Melt products arrive quickly, securely, and exactly as expected.
- Free Standard Shipping. We aim to dispatch your item(s) the next day the order is placed (excluding weekends and public holidays) and will aim to deliver within 3 to 5 working days provided that the order is placed before 8pm on Monday to Friday. Please be aware that if you place an order on a weekend, your order will be processed the following Monday.
- Express Shipping. We are pleased to provide a same day delivery service be it weekends and/or public holidays and will aim to deliver within 1 to 2 working days.
- Order Tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email containing your tracking details. You can easily follow your shipment’s progress through our website or directly on the carrier’s tracking page to stay updated every step of the way.
- We are not responsible for delays outside of our control. If our supply of the Products is delayed by an event outside our control we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
- Please contact us immediately if you need to change or withdraw your order.
- You can log in to your account to check the status of the order.
- We don’t charge any sales tax or export duties. However, if the package is checked by your State’s customs office when the item arrives in your State, customers are responsible for import duties, tariffs, and taxes. We are not responsible for products being confiscated by the Customs in your State. All customers are responsible to check with your local Customs office for any potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs.
